Our broodmares are chosen for their pedigree, disposition, and conformation. We strive to produce babies with size, talent, and brains.
GDH Ms Bill Bailey

Stylish Mandate
Mandy is a bid bodied mare who consistenetly produces big, bold, and pretty foals many of which are buckskins. Her pedigree is loaded with performers both on top and bottom. Her grandsire, Man of Style, is a superior western pleasure horse with 124 western pleasure, 27 halter, and 3 hunter under saddle points. Her dam, Nowata Skip Sue, is the dam of 2 point earners. Lizzinette
Our oldest mare is Lizzinette. Foaled in 1983 she is a granddaughter of Mr Diamond Dude and out of a Leo/King bred mare. Before joining the broodmare band Carol showed her in western pleasure, horsemanship, hunter under saddle, hunt seat equitation and showmanship, earning 11 novice amateur points, .5 amateur and 2.5 open performance points. Her foals have earned 41.5 AQHA points, 33 PHBA halter and 613 PHBA performance points. Even though she is no longer producing foals she remains a valued member of our "horse family".
Okie Dokie Polly
Okie is a really good performance producer. Her foals are smart, athletic, powerful, and have lots of heart. She's an own daughter of Mr. Illuminator and out of an Okie Leo mare. Mr. Illuminator is double bred Grey Badger II and is a sire of barrel and rope horses, including Jill Moody's barrel horse Dolly. Okie Leo in a pedigree speaks for itself. Okie's foals have been used for barrel racing, roping, trail riding, etc. Since she's gray her foals' colors are always a surprise, ranging from gray to palomino and sometimes a sorrel.

This little mare came from Bonnie Bennett, one of the founders of the Foundation Quarter Horse Registry. She has Docs Okie Quixote and Poco Nifty Pep on her top side and is out of a Blackburn, Jim Hank, Jr mare. Her foals are kind, very trainable and make nice amateur or youth horses. We get lots of positive reports from owners of her foals.
Silkys Polly
This mare is a granddaughter of Okie Leo and out of a Beaver Creek mare. Polly's foals are really trainable, have lots of heart and make excellent youth or amateur horses. They are smart and very usable. She has produced several PHBA point earners and futurity winners. We have one client who owns three of her foals.
